Article 2 of the Regulations on Quality Management of Construction Projects stipulates that the construction projects mentioned in these Regulations refer to civil engineering, construction engineering, lines, pipelines and equipment installation engineering and decoration engineering.
Obviously, construction engineering is a part of construction engineering. Compared with the scope of construction projects, the scope of construction projects is relatively narrow. In particular, it refers to the installation project of various houses and their ancillary facilities and their supporting lines, pipelines and equipment, so it is also called house construction project.
Therefore, bridges, water conservancy projects, railways, port projects and underground tunnels that are incompatible with housing construction do not belong to the category of construction projects.
