(1): Open the damaged document in Word, and then select [File] and [Save As] with the saving type of "RTF format (*). Rtf) ",and then click Save.

(2): Open the RTF file you just saved, and select [File] and [Save As], with the saving type of "Word format (*). Doc) ",click Save. After opening the saved Word document, you can repair the damaged Word document.

You can use the file conversion tool to convert a Word document into a WPS or TXT file.
