At present, citrus, grapefruit, pomegranate, persimmon, sugarcane, hawthorn, jujube and other fruits are on the market in large quantities. People who like to drink a little wine at ordinary times might as well brew some fruit wines themselves, which are excellent whether they drink them themselves or entertain guests!

Limoncello

1. Wash and dry the lemon, remove the head and tail, then cut into thick slices and remove the seeds for later use;

2. Cleaning, disinfecting and drying glass containers;

3. Put the prepared lemon slices into a glass container and add appropriate amount of sugar according to your own preferences;

4. Pour in Chinese liquor, seal it, and drink it after 1-2 months.

Grapefruit wine

1. Wash and dry grapefruit peel, and then separate it from grapefruit pulp;

2. Take 600g grapefruit pulp and grapefruit peel100g;

3. Put grapefruit pulp and grapefruit peel into a sealed jar, pour in Chinese liquor, and seal and store;

4. You can drink it in a week. When drinking, you can make iced grapefruit wine with soda water, syrup and ice cubes according to your own preferences ~

pomegranate wine

1. Take a pomegranate and peel off the pulp one by one. Never touch the water.

2. Put pomegranate granules and crystal sugar into a glass bottle, with a layer of pomegranate granules and a layer of crystal sugar, and the proportion of crystal sugar is about a quarter of pomegranate;

3. Pour in the white wine, seal the jar, and take it out and shake it every few days. After the wine turns pink, you can drink it.

4. After all the rock sugar is melted, put it in the refrigerator.

hawthorn wine

1. Hawthorn is slightly soaked in salt water, drained and pedicled.

2. Put the processed hawthorn and a proper amount of rock sugar into a clean glass sealed jar and pour in white wine;

3. Put the finished fruit wine in a dark and dry place, take out the hawthorn after 1 month, and filter the wine liquid for preservation;

4. Generally, it will taste better in hawthorn wine for about 3 months to 6 months.
