Preparing lessons carefully is the key and prerequisite for a good physical education class. In addition to the routine requirements, we should also pay attention to the following points when preparing lessons: First, actively absorb the experience and lessons of other excellent teachers, and then prepare lessons collectively. Because collective wisdom is infinite. Practice has also proved that high-quality and effective courses are mostly the crystallization of collective wisdom. Secondly, we should give full consideration to the teaching objectives of the class and the actual situation of the school, so as to achieve a clear goal. Thirdly, we should fully consider the possible dangerous situations in physical education class, especially when studying or practicing projects with certain risk factors, and make corresponding preparations. Finally, when preparing lessons, students should also be prepared to deal with unexpected problems and challenges.
Although this will not happen frequently, as a teacher, we should be prepared in this respect, especially in primary school. This requires teachers to improve their professional quality and ability to deal with emergencies. 2. Establish the image of teachers and cultivate students' interest.
In teaching, many students are not interested in physical education class, and even many parents know nothing about sports. Therefore, loving students is the first condition to arouse students' interest, and teachers should be full of confidence in their teaching work. Secondly, teachers should care and cherish students in teaching and leave them with a good first impression. Teachers' words and actions have a lasting influence on students. Therefore, physical education teachers should use noble sentiments, extensive knowledge, strong physique and beautiful demonstrations to give students a positive influence, educate students to clarify their learning objectives, correct excessive learning, enhance their learning confidence, and thus cultivate students' strong interest in physical education class. 3. Increase students' sense of success and interest.

Students are afraid of endurance running and their enthusiasm is very low. In teaching, students' desire to participate can be induced and stimulated by telling stories.
