Basketball belongs to a mixed energy supply movement in which three energy systems all participate in energy supply. Basketball requires repeated short-term high-intensity exercise, which is more closely related to anaerobic energy supply system. A balanced diet, proper rest and reasonable physical exercise can accelerate the recovery, repair and supplement of the body. The preparation of basketball physical training generally includes three links: general warm-up, stretching and relaxation. Stretching includes static stretching and dynamic stretching. Basketball physical training should follow the following principles: comprehensive principle, gradual principle, targeted principle, moderate load principle and recovery principle. The investigation on sports injuries of college students in Henan province shows that the time of sports injuries of college students mostly occurs in extracurricular activities and sports competitions; Sports that cause sports injuries to college students are more common in football, basketball, volleyball and track and field. Ankle, wrist and knuckles, elbow and knee are the most common trauma sites. It is suggested that college students should do more stretching exercises and warm-up exercises, which are the effective ways and best methods to reduce and prevent sports injuries.

The investigation of sports injuries of students in Shaanxi University of Science and Technology shows that sports injuries of college students mostly occur in extracurricular activities and sports competitions. The most vulnerable parts are hands, knees and ankles. The author thinks that the reasons for college students' sports injury and slow recovery are poor self-protection consciousness and lack of sports health knowledge, and puts forward corresponding preventive measures.
