Otto, also known as Otto Mountain, is located in the east of Tongjiang City in the northeast of Heilongjiang Province, bordering Heilongjiang in the north and belonging to the remnant vein of Wanda Mountain. According to legend, a shaman named "Etu" once lived here, hence the name. Northeast-southwest, 20 kilometers long from east to west, 12.6 kilometers wide from north to south, covering an area of more than 80 square kilometers.
