Professor Xu Jingcun is a famous litigator in China. In 2005, he was selected as the first batch of "Contemporary China Jurists". 12 Professor Xu Jingcun 1963 graduated from the Law Department of Southwest University of Political Science and Law, 1979 has been teaching at Southwest University of Political Science and Law.
