Abstract: At present, the domestic real estate industry is developing well, because the demand for housing is increasing and there are many real estate enterprises in the society, which further stimulates the development of real estate in China. Enterprises that are still competing in the market should take a warning, strengthen management, and make enterprises become sustainable enterprises. In terms of human resources, they should optimize their internal structure, attract more talents to join the enterprise, and control their finances and guard against risks. If the market is saturated at this stage and there is no need for more houses, then it is unfavorable for enterprises to continue to build projects. If there is a lack of talents in design and construction, there will be many mistakes in the design scheme, so that the later construction can not be carried out.
