I. Organizational leadership and management responsibilities of internship training.
All kinds of internship training in the hospital are carried out under the unified leadership of the vice president in charge of teaching. (4) Expansion and construction of training bases inside and outside the school.

(2) The responsibilities of the Academic Affairs Office
The Academic Affairs Office is the administrative department in charge of students' internship and training in the whole hospital. Under the leadership of the competent vice president, perform the following duties:
1, formulate the relevant documents of practice management in the whole hospital.
2. Collect the internship training plan, internship training outline and internship training budget reported by hospitals and departments, and report them to the hospital leaders for approval before implementation.
3. Organize and inspect the implementation of internship and training of various departments and majors, and coordinate and deal with the problems in internship and training.
4. Organize the exchange of internship experience and commend the advanced.
5, collect and summarize the professional practice appraisal table of each major, the practice summary of each college and department and other materials, and save them according to the time limit stipulated in the textbook filing.
(3) the responsibilities of colleges and departments (professional grass-roots units)
1, according to the requirements of professional training objectives, formulate internship training plan, internship training outline, internship training fund plan, internship training instruction, etc. , and report to the Academic Affairs Office for approval before implementation.

4. Before the internship training, the teachers and students who participated in the internship training should be given internship mobilization and safety education, and the matters needing attention in the internship training should be explained. The internship training agreement and safety agreement should be signed with the students (see Annex 3 and 4 for the format), so that the students can clearly understand the purpose, tasks and requirements of the internship training, and carry out ideological education on the attitude and discipline of internship training according to the characteristics of each internship training. Strengthen the follow-up management in the process of internship training and report the special problems in the internship training in time.
5. Check the preparation of the internship training team and the implementation of the internship training plan, and strengthen the quality inspection of internship training.

2. During the implementation of the internship training plan, if the internship training plan is changed under special circumstances, it shall be reported in writing to the Academic Affairs Office and filed with the consent of the competent vice president. Otherwise, it shall be handled as a teaching accident.
3. The Academic Affairs Office should issue the approved internship training plan to the relevant departments in the form of teaching task book in advance, so that all units can carry out the internship training plan in a planned way.
4. Internship training plan is the basic document for organizing and checking internship training. Colleges and departments should carefully prepare internship training plans according to the professional training objectives and training plans (see Annex 1 for the reference format), and report them to the Academic Affairs Office for the record after being examined and approved by the heads of colleges and departments.
5. In order to improve the effect of internship training, grass-roots teaching organizations must arrange relevant teachers to write internship training instructions, detailing internship training requirements and ways to complete internship training content, and send them to students before internship training.
Third, the responsibilities of the internship training instructor
1, before the internship, go deep into the internship training unit to get familiar with the situation, and make the internship training plan in combination with the professional practice; Do well the ideological mobilization of students; Introduce the basic situation of the internship training unit and the internship training plan to the students; Put forward discipline requirements and safety precautions for students.
2. According to the requirements of the internship training plan, carefully organize and complete the internship training guidance task. Without the consent of the college, dean and academic affairs office, the items and contents of internship training shall not be reduced at will.
3. During the internship and training, go deep into the internship and training site to organize on-site teaching, and ask the relevant technical personnel of the internship and training unit to give reports and lectures and answer questions raised by students. In addition, students should be assigned certain homework or thinking problems, organize stage summary and exchange practical experience.
4. Responsible for contacting the internship training units, reporting and understanding the students' internship training, striving for each other's guidance, respecting each other's opinions and improving the relationship between schools and enterprises. Contact the school to solve major problems in time.
5. Instructors should set an example and fully care about students' thoughts, study, life and safety; Educate students to abide by the rules and regulations of the internship training unit and the discipline of internship training; For those who are ineffective in serious violation of discipline education, the instructor should deal with them properly in time until the internship is stopped, and report to the college and the academic affairs office in time.
6. After the internship training, students' internship training results should be assessed and scored in strict accordance with the assessment criteria, and comments should be written on the professional internship training assessment form and submitted to the Academic Affairs Office. At the same time, the summary of internship training should be carefully written and reported to the hospital, department and academic affairs office for the record.
Fourth, the choice of internship training places.

1, understanding practice training
Its task is to make students understand the major and provide perceptual knowledge for the study of skill courses and professional courses. The internship training time is arranged in the first and second semesters, and each semester lasts for one week.
2. Curriculum design (thesis) and professional comprehensive practice.
Its task is to combine students' theory and practice closely on the basis of specialized courses, cultivate students' creative thinking and improve their design (thesis) ability.
The schedule is synchronized with the courses studied, generally arranged in the fourth, fifth and sixth semesters, with two weeks per semester, and the practice time of individual majors can be increased or decreased appropriately.
3. Graduation internship training (graduation comprehensive internship training)
Its task is to carry out comprehensive practice in professional environment, collect graduation thesis (design) data, and carry out comprehensive training of graduation thesis (design) according to the major studied. The time is usually arranged in the seventh semester, and the class time is twelve weeks.

Seven, practical training performance appraisal
1, in order to improve the quality of internship and training, we must strictly control, implement process evaluation and result evaluation in parallel according to the requirements of internship and training tasks, determine the score ratio of process and result according to different majors, and report the internship and training results according to the percentage system.
2. The evaluation of practical training effect is divided into five grades: excellent, good, average, passing and failing.
Excellent (90 points or above): able to complete the internship and training tasks well, meet the requirements stipulated in the internship and training outline, be very serious in internship and training, strictly abide by the labor discipline of the internship and training unit, and have good internship and training effect and strong ability.
Good (80-89 points): being able to complete the internship and training tasks well, meeting the requirements stipulated in the internship and training, being earnest in internship and training, observing the labor discipline of the internship and training unit, having good internship and training effect and strong ability.
Medium (70-79 points): able to complete the internship and training tasks, meet the main requirements stipulated in the internship and training outline, be serious in internship and training, basically abide by the labor discipline of the internship and training unit, and the internship and training unit has a good response and medium ability.
Pass (60-69 points): The internship and training are serious, and the internship and training tasks are basically completed, reaching the basic requirements stipulated in the internship and training outline. Although there are general violations in internship training, they can deeply understand and correct them in time, and their ability is medium.
Failing (below 59 points): anyone who meets one of the following conditions will be regarded as failing in the examination of internship and training results.
(1) failed to meet the basic requirements of the internship training task, and the internship training report and the professional internship training appraisal form were sloppy, with poor ability and obvious errors in content.
(2) Those who have not participated in internship training for more than one third of the total internship training time.
(3) Those who have committed serious violations of discipline or even illegal acts in the internship and training, and do not change after education.
3. Evaluation method of internship training: It can be evaluated in various ways, such as reviewing internship training reports, reviewing evaluation opinions of internship training units (departments), written or oral defense, etc. For example, internship attitude accounts for 10%, professional ability level accounts for 40%, internship records and assignments account for 10%, internship reports account for 30%, and questioning assessment (written or oral) accounts for 10%. Specific scoring standards can be formulated by hospitals and departments in combination with professional practice. But it must be announced to the students before the internship.
4, due to illness or other special reasons did not participate in the internship training, or to participate in the internship training but failed, must be re internship training, re internship training by students to apply to the school, schools, departments to coordinate the re internship training of students related matters. Eight, the basic requirements for students

3. Take care of public property, be diligent and thrifty, and take care of production tools, instruments and equipment, drawings and materials, etc. And return the borrowed things and compensate for the damaged things.
4. Strictly abide by the safety, confidentiality, operating rules, labor discipline and other rules and regulations of the internship training unit to prevent accidents. Consciously abide by the rules and conventions of dormitories, canteens and public places.
5. During the internship training (including holidays), you must ask for leave from the team leader when going out for activities, and you are not allowed to leave the team without authorization.
6. Internship training is a compulsory course, and those who do not participate in internship training without reason will be punished as truancy. Those who are absent from the internship training for more than 1/3 of the total days shall not participate in the internship training assessment.
7. During the internship, I am responsible for violating safety rules and internship discipline and causing my own injuries. Causing property damage to the country and others or injury to others. , should bear legal responsibility according to the corresponding laws. Serious adverse effects due to violation of laws and regulations will be severely punished according to relevant regulations.
8. Actively participate in labor and various public welfare activities, and make contributions to building socialist spiritual civilization and maintaining the reputation of the college.
9. At the end of the internship training, the internship training report (summary) should be written, and the professional appraisal form should be filled out in duplicate according to the requirements of the college. Only after the internship training departments and units write the internship training opinions and sign them can the internship training results be obtained.
Nine, the allocation, management and use of internship training funds
1, the internship training funds are disposable. According to the teaching plan and practice arrangement, the college allocates a certain amount of practice training funds every year to be managed by the college, and the practice training colleges and departments master the use in line with the principle of "frugality, rational use, special approval, surplus retention and over-expenditure". Referring to the experience of brother colleges, combined with the reality of our college, students carry out cognitive practice, course practice and visit practice in the second and third grades according to the pre-agreed practical training plan and budget plan. Students' graduation practice in the fourth grade is allocated according to the standard of 200 yuan for each student.
2. All colleges and departments should make reasonable arrangements for the use of funds according to the budget plan for students' internship and training reported to the college, and shall not be used for other purposes. In addition, all departments should formulate methods for the use of internship training funds and fill in the Approval Form for Internship Training Funds (see Annex II for the format). Among them, students' internship training subsidies (living and transportation subsidies) are controlled within 30% of the total internship training funds. The guidance fee for the instructor of internship training shall be reviewed by all colleges and departments according to the workload of internship training, and then reported to the Academic Affairs Office for distribution.
3. The application and reimbursement of internship training funds shall be carried out according to the procedures stipulated by the Finance Department.
