Two, if the statement time is less than half an hour, you can use "minutes+past+hours":

It is two o'clock sharp. It's two o'clock. /It's two o'clock.
In addition, noon and midnight in English can directly represent 12 minutes of day and night, respectively:

Seven. Approximate time:
It's almost two o'clock. It's almost two o'clock.
Not exactly two. It's not even two o'clock.
Just after two o'clock. Just after two o'clock.
If you want to show that it is morning, you can add a.m. after the time.
For example: 6: 30 in the morning (6: 13).
If you want to show that it is afternoon, you can add p.m. after the time.
For example, four o'clock in the afternoon (four o'clock in the afternoon).
