Brief introduction of Li Long.
Li Long, male,/kloc-0, born in May, 962, is a contemporary famous doctor, pediatric surgery expert, chief physician, professor, doctoral supervisor, party member. Graduated from China Medical University, he is currently the director of general neonatal surgery in Children's Hospital affiliated to Capital Institute of Pediatrics, and a member and editorial board member of 9 domestic and foreign societies and magazines such as Chinese Pediatric Surgery and British-Japanese Pediatric Surgery. Editorial Board of Chinese Journal of Pediatric Surgery, Deputy Editor of China Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery, Editorial Board of the website of China Contemporary Famous Medical Hospital, and member of the Health Expert Committee of China Contemporary Painting and Calligraphy Artists Association (China Artists Association).

Outstanding achievements have been made in the treatment of choledochal cyst, biliary atresia, complex anal atresia, Hirschsprung's disease, portal hypertension, huge tumor resection and liver transplantation in children, especially in the domestic leading level in laparoscopic treatment of various pediatric surgical diseases, and laparoscopic treatment of choledochal cyst is at the international leading level.

Study and work

1985 graduated from China medical university, and 1993 received his doctorate from capital medical university. 65438-0990 studied under Academician Zhang Jinzhe of Beijing Children's Hospital, the founder of pediatric surgery in China. Over the years, under the careful guidance of Academician Zhang and several generations of pediatric surgery predecessors and the accumulation of clinical research experience, with the full assistance and joint efforts of colleagues around, we have achieved certain results. 1995 and 2000, he went to Britain, Hong Kong and Japan to study laparoscopic surgery and liver transplantation in children.

He is good at treating intractable diseases in pediatric surgery, and has many unique features in treating congenital anal atresia, Hirschsprung's disease, choledochal cyst, biliary atresia, liver transplantation and its complications. Laparoscopic treatment of pediatric surgical diseases has accumulated rich experience, and it is the first in China to carry out a series of new operations such as laparoscopic treatment of common bile duct cyst and biliary atresia, with little trauma, quick recovery and no obvious scar. He also has rich experience in removing huge liver tumors and neuroblastoma in children.

I went to England, Hong Kong and Japan to study laparoscopic surgery and liver transplantation for children. He has published more than 0/00 papers at home and abroad, undertaken 5 national natural fund projects and key scientific and technological projects, and won 4 second prizes for provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress.

In May 2006, he won the first "Soong Ching Ling Pediatric Medicine Award". He is a member of the Pediatric Surgery Branch of Chinese Medical Association, the International Society of Pediatric Endoscopy Surgery, the British Society of Pediatric Endoscopy Surgery and the Japanese Society of Pediatric Endoscopy Surgery. He is the editorial board member of 9 domestic academic journals such as China Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery.

1988 worked in pediatric surgery in the Second Hospital of China Medical University, Beijing Children's Hospital and Peking University First Hospital from June 2005.

From June to 10, 2005, he was introduced as a talent to the general surgery work of Capital Institute of Pediatrics.

Clinical and research

Comrade Li Long has been working in the front line of pediatric surgery, undertaking the diagnosis and treatment of complex and critical children, and leading the research group to explore the problems encountered in clinic while completing the heavy clinical work. Under the guidance of the data accumulated by Academician Zhang Jinzhe and other predecessors for many years, the author made an in-depth study on congenital digestive tract malformation. Firstly, the phenomenon of double blood supply of mesenteric artery in intestinal wall was found through animal experiments and clinical research, and the classification method of blood supply of intestinal duplication was put forward, and a new operation method of simple resection of intestinal duplication and preservation of main intestine was explored. To clarify the relationship between abnormal expression of Cdx gene and Hirschsprung's disease complicated with enteritis, and put forward the view that Hirschsprung's disease is caused by inherent defects of intestinal mucosa. It is found that resection of rectal mucosa and adductor muscle is an effective method to prevent enteritis. By observing the morphology of anal tissue of fetus and newborn, the type, location and development characteristics of defecation receptors were found. To explore the characteristics of neuropathological changes in children with congenital anorectal atresia; The method of inducing anal tissue growth by tensile stress method was found. To explore a new method of balloon dilatation in the treatment of intractable constipation caused by complex anal malformation and postoperative complications of anorectal atresia.

China is a country with high incidence of congenital biliary malformation. His research group successfully established an animal model of hepatobiliary malformation, and found that the expansion form of congenital choledochal cyst is closely related to the pressure in the cyst and the obstruction at the distal end of the common bile duct. It is found that ectopic duodenal papilla is an important pathological feature, and then a new viewpoint that ectopic distal hepatic diverticulum in early embryos is the cause is put forward. Laparoscopic common bile duct cyst radical operation and Roux-Y hepaticojejunostomy were successfully performed. They also carried out experimental research on partial liver transplantation in dogs, and took the lead in successfully carrying out infant parent and cadaver liver transplantation.

Minimally invasive laparoscopy is a cutting-edge technology in the field of surgery. Our research group took the lead in carrying out a series of complicated and difficult laparoscopic operations to treat digestive tract malformations in China, and extended this technology to more than 60 pediatric surgery centers in China, and trained more than 300 doctors, which promoted the development and maturity of this technology in China.
