After setting the above settings, give the existing title to? "Delete the whole line" means you can't keep the small black dots in front, because the caption is also a bullet and has a certain order. After finishing, do the following things (I will write down the whole process I have done, and LZ will skip it if it feels redundant)

1. Right-click the cross in the upper left corner of the table and select Insert Title ... "

2. As shown below: Add a "Table" to the label under the option, and then click "Numbers ..."? Button, select "Include Chapter Number", and then select "Heading 2" as the "Chapter Start Style" (corresponding to outline level 2, in the Reference menu->; "Add Text" in the "Content" block, display level 2)

3. Click OK, and the prompt as shown in the figure below will appear. Click OK.

4. Then click "OK" in the "Caption" dialog box to complete the operation of inserting the caption, just adjust a center alignment. The following figure shows the order of inserting captions in turn. I don't know if it is what you want.
