This standard threshold is formulated in accordance with the Regulations on Professional Management of Graduation Design (Thesis) of Luoyang Institute of Technology, in order to guide the graduation design to define and standardize the writing of books (theses) day by day.

I. Content threshold

After completing the design duties, you need to write a graduation design task book; When writing a graduation thesis, you should discuss the topic of the thesis.

(a) The graduation design description should include the following thresholds:

1. Title: The threshold is simple, accurate and vivid, and the number of words should not exceed 20.

2. Abstract: Briefly describe the main contents and characteristics of this design, and the text should be concise. Chinese abstract is about 300 words; There are about 250 function words in English abstracts.

3. Keywords: Choose 3-5 words that can best express the main content from the title or notes of the clarification book as keywords, which are available in both Chinese and English versions. The logo is attached to the Chinese and English abstracts.

4. Contents: List the contents and indicate the page numbers.

5. Note: It includes preface, theory and conclusion.

(1) preface (introduction): explain the purpose, significance, scope and technical threshold of this design; Briefly describe the development and achievements of this subject abroad; The guiding ideology of this design and the main achievements to be dealt with.

(2) this theory

① Design scheme demonstration: define design principles and stop scheme selection. Explain why this design scheme is chosen (including the analysis and comparison of various schemes); Discuss the characteristics of the adopted scheme (such as new technologies, new measures, improved functions, etc.). ).

② Calculation part: This part should occupy a considerable proportion in the design description. List the detailed steps and results of each calculation formula and each main parameter calculation; And stop analyzing and comparing the calculation results.

(3) Structural design: including mechanical structure design, engineering structure design, various electrical control circuit design and functional circuit design, computer control hardware configuration design, etc. , and the drawings drawn by the above design.

④ Various experimental and testing conditions of the prototype or sample: including experimental methods, circuits and data processing.

⑤ Scheme verification: Explain whether the designed system can meet the thresholds of various functional objectives and achieve the expected results. The method of verification can be theoretical check (that is, back calculation), including system analysis; It can also be an experimental test or a computer simulation.

(3) Conclusion: Summarize the consequences and value of the design, analyze its functional objectives, point out its advantages and characteristics, and make clear the existing achievements and future improvement direction.

6. Thank you: Briefly describe my understanding of the design, and express my gratitude to the instructor and relevant personnel who helped to complete the design.

7. References: At the end of the graduation design specification, the monographs, papers and other materials cited in the thesis should be listed, and the listed references should be displayed in the order of references or citations. Every item in the reference should be complete. When there are no more than three authors, list all the authors in the literature; When there are more than three, only the first three are listed, and the words "etc" or "etc" are added in front; Author names are separated by commas; Chinese and foreign names are described by surname first.

(3) Conclusion: It is the concluding part of the graduation thesis, and it is the language completed around this theory. Its fundamental point is to summarize the full text, deepen the meaning of the question, and highlight the new pause or main conclusive effect of the discussion.

Second, the writing standard

1. The unit of measurement used in graduation design (thesis) should adopt international standard units, and professional symbols should conform to national standards or standards.

2. Text: The Chinese characters in the paper should be simplified according to the rules of Simplified Chinese Characters List, and the specifications of Chinese characters should be strictly implemented. All the words have clear literal meaning and are printed by computer.

3. Form: The form of the paper should have the name and number of the form, and the number of the form should be arranged independently according to the chapter (such as Table 6- 10 XXX). The table number must be continued, and repetition or jumping is not allowed. The structure of the table should be simple. All columns in the form should indicate the quantity and corresponding units. The numbers in the table must be aligned up and down. When the values in adjacent columns are the same, you can't use the same words as above, the same words on the left and other similar words, so you should re-label them one by one. The table name and table number are placed in the middle position above the table.

4. Drawings: Illustrations should have the drawing name and number, and the number should be numbered separately chapter by chapter (as shown in Figure 6- 10 XXX). The drawing number must be continued, and repetition or jumping is not allowed. When there is only one drawing, add the word "attached drawing" before the name of the drawing. The illustrations in graduation thesis, graduation design task book and text symbols in drawings should be printed, and all drawings should be made with pens when they cannot be printed. An illustration composed of several sub-graphs, the sub-graphs are located in the middle of the bottom of the diagram with the number and name of A, B, C, ….

5. Formulas: The important formulas in the text, which may need to be mentioned again in the future, should be marked with serial numbers and put in brackets. The serial numbers are all numbered in Arabic numerals (such as (6- 10)), and the serial numbers are arranged at equal intervals from the right side to the left side of the page. There is no line segment (straight line, dotted line, dotted line) added between the formula and the serial number.

6. Numeral usage: Arabic numerals are used for the century, year, year, month, day, time and various counts and measurements of the Gregorian calendar. The year cannot be abbreviated, for example, 1999 cannot be written as 99 years. The invalid digits of a numerical value should be written in full, for example, 0.50:2.00 cannot be written as 0.5:2.

7. Software: The software sequence table should be attached to the front of the paper according to the software document format, not to the paper.

Third, the typesetting format standard

The format, drawings, experimental data and application of various specifications of the graduation design clarification book (paper) shall conform to the provisions of government norms of various disciplines and professions. Graduation design statement (thesis) should be written in Chinese (foreign language for foreign language majors), all edited by computer, and input A4 size paper. The top and bottom margins of the page are 2.54 cm, the left and right margins are 2.5 cm, the binding line is 1 cm, the document grid is set to the font of Times New Roman No.4 in Chinese and No.4 in Western, and the specified line grid is 365433 per page. The detailed thresholds for each section are as follows:

(1) The Chinese title of graduation project (thesis) is in bold type No.3, and 1 or two lines of dividends can be printed in the middle.

(3) Print the contents of the abstract in a blank line under the word "abstract". Sweep the tail and leave two spaces in each paragraph.

(4) Print the word "keyword" in the blank line under the Chinese abstract (small four in bold), followed by the keyword (small four in Song Dynasty). The number of keywords is 4-6, each keyword is separated by commas, and punctuation marks are not used after the first keyword.

(5) English titles are written in capital letters No.3, with 1-3 lines printed in the middle. Leave a space of at most 2 characters on the left and right sides of each line.

(6) Print "Abstract" (No.3 Times New Roman font) in the middle of the English title with blank lines, and then print the English abstract with blank lines.

(7) English abstracts should be written in Times New Roman font, leaving two character spaces at the end of each paragraph.

(8) Print "keywords" (small four) on the bottom two lines of the English abstract, and then use the Times New Roman font of small four, each keyword is separated by commas, and there is no punctuation after the first keyword.

4. Content

The word "table of contents" is printed in bold type No.3 in the middle, leaving a space in the middle, and the next blank line is followed by chapters, sections, sections and their starting page numbers. The identification of chapters, sections and sections is marked in turn by means of chapters * and *. *, *. *, and so on. There is a space between them and the corresponding content. Chapter * and its title, as well as references and thank-you letters, are in bold type No.4, and other levels are in italics No.4. ..

5. Pay attention to the preface.

The word "preface" is printed in the center in bold No.3, with a space between the two words, and the preface content is printed on the upper and lower lines in small No.4.

6. Note this part.

Title: The title of each chapter is printed in bold type No.3 in the center (there is a space between "chapter *" and "title"); There are two lines of "festival" under the "chapter", which are printed in bold type No.4 from the left; Below the "festival", there is a line of "festival", which is printed in small four bold letters from the left. Print paper notes after line breaks, leaving spaces between chapters, sections and paragraphs and their titles.

Note: Small four-song style is adopted. If the text needs four levels of titles, they are "1, 2 ..." to "(1), (2) ..." and then "a, b ...".

Figure: The figure title must be added at the bottom of the figure. The title of the picture is Chinese, and the font is italic No.5. Citation chart should indicate the source of literature in the upper right corner of the title.

Chart numbers are numbered in chapter order, as shown in Figure 3-2, which is the second picture in Chapter 3. If the drawing contains several different parts, the drawing number should be marked in the upper left corner of the drawing, and the contents of each part should be listed under the drawing title.

Drawings must be neat, clear and standard. Among them, the mechanical part drawing is based on the threshold of mechanical drawing specification; The representation diagram should clearly reflect the contents of the diagram.

Tables: Tables are numbered in chapter order, such as Table 5-4, which is the fourth table in Chapter 5. The table should have a title and use No.5 Chinese characters. The units in the table must be marked with positive symbols, and the Chinese characters in the table should use No.5 Song Dynasty. ..

Formula: The formula should be written on a new line in Chinese. The formulas quoted in the following contents shall be marked with serial numbers and arranged in chapter order. For example, Formula (5-4) is the fourth formula in Chapter 5.

7. Annotate the conclusion locally

Conclusion The printing format is the same as the preface.

8. Thank you

The print format of the thank-you note is the same as the preface.

9. Reference

(1) The word "reference" is printed in the center in bold type No.3, and the contents of the references are listed in the bottom line in order (small four times). The number of each reference is aligned independently, and the details are aligned on the left side of the line.

(2) In the notes, the sequence number is continued with Arabic numerals according to the quoted order, and the sequence number is placed in square brackets as the upper corner mark, such as "……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………

(3) Every item in the reference should be complete. 10. Appendix

The word "Appendix" is printed in bold type No.3 in the center with a space between the two words.
