1. Open the word document, select the text you want to set as the title, and then click the title on the right side of the Start tab.
2. Double-click the format brush icon to format other texts continuously (click the format brush icon again to cancel the format brush).
3. Click the "Reference" tab after setting the title font, then click the "Table of Contents" option and then click the "Insert Table of Contents" command (when inserting a table of contents, first position the mouse cursor at the leftmost position at the beginning of the document, and the inserted table of contents will be inserted from the position of the cursor).
4. Click "Options" and then add/delete the displayed title font, and then click OK (for example, only the first and second titles are displayed in the directory, and just delete the title 3 directly).
5. After inserting the table of contents, click the Page Layout tab, then click the separator, and then click Next to make the table of contents have one page.
