Mine transportation and mine transportation safety technology
Locomotive transportation is to use a locomotive to pull a train of harvesters on the track. It is the main way of long-distance transportation in horizontal roadway and is also widely used in open-pit mines. Mining locomotives are divided into electric locomotives and diesel locomotives according to different powers. Most mines use electric locomotives, and diesel locomotives used underground must be purified to meet the emission standards.

Whether the electric locomotive can run safely plays an important role in its braking performance. The braking of electric locomotive can be divided into mechanical braking and electric braking. In the case of normal driving, mechanical brakes should be used for braking; In case of emergency, both mechanical braking and electrical braking should be used to ensure safe braking. The braking device should have sufficient braking force to ensure that the braking distance of the train in operation can meet the requirements of safety regulations, that is, it should not exceed 20m when transporting personnel and 40m when transporting materials.

The safe operation of electric locomotive drivers is the key to the safe operation of electric locomotives. Drivers should be trained and qualified personnel with strong sense of responsibility and good health. Electric locomotive drivers are not allowed to leave their posts without permission. Before driving, you must signal to drive. Concentrate and operate carefully when driving. When the driver leaves the seat, he must cut off the power supply of the motor, take off the control handle, keep it safe, and tighten the brakes, but don't turn off the lights. When the electric locomotive is in normal operation, it must be towed at the front end of the train, shunting and handling accidents before jacking. When driving, the driver must always pay attention to whether there are obstacles, pedestrians or other dangerous situations ahead, and must not stick his head or body out of the car. When the train passes through the air door area, it should send out an acousto-optic signal. When it approaches the air door, roadway mouth, bend, turnout, steep or noisy area, and there are vehicles ahead or the line of sight is blocked, it must slow down and send out an alarm signal. When the driver finds any abnormal situation or signal, he should immediately stop and check, and then continue driving after the fault is eliminated.

The suspension and erection of overhead lines of electric locomotives shall conform to relevant quality standards. The hanging height of overhead lines (from the rail surface) shall not be less than1.8m; In the transportation roadway; At the intersection of parking lot, motor vehicle lane and sidewalk, not less than 2m; No less than 2.2m between the bottom of the well and the industrial square on the ground. In order to facilitate the maintenance of overhead lines and cut off the power supply in time, a sectional switch should be set up. In the section where the tram transportation is interrupted for a long time (more than one shift), the power supply of overhead lines should be cut off.

In order to reduce stray current, rail joints, parallel rails, and turnout and turnout center must be connected by wires, and maintenance should be strengthened to reduce track loop resistance. The joint between the track without callback and the track of overhead electric locomotive must be insulated. Highway transportation is widely used in open pit mines. In order to ensure the safety of road transportation, the following should be done:

(1) Roads should meet the design requirements and be maintained frequently to ensure smooth traffic.

(2) Motor vehicle drivers must pass the training examination and obtain a driver's license. Driving without a license is strictly prohibited.

(3) Maintain the vehicle according to relevant regulations to maintain its safety performance.

(4) It is forbidden to load inflammable and explosive articles on dump trucks.

(5) Vehicles should travel at medium speed on roads in mining areas. In sharp bends, steep slopes and dangerous sections, the speed should be limited, the driving speed of each section should be specified, and road signs should be set up.

(6) When fog and smoke have a great influence on the line of sight, turn on the yellow light in front of the car and slow down to the right. The distance between the front and rear workshops should not be less than 30m.

(7) In the rainy and snowy season, when the road is slippery, anti-skid measures should be taken. When slowing down, the safe distance between the front and rear workshops should not be less than 40m.

(8) The unloading platform should have enough shunting width. There must be reliable parking facilities at the unloading point, and the height of parking facilities should not be less than 2/5 of the tire diameter. Parking facilities can only be used after passing the technical inspection.
