Suppose the content of this fitter's internship is to make a hexagon nut. I really don't think it looks simple, but when you really do it, you will find it difficult to do it. I was still smiling when I was next to the work materials. Isn't it called sawing a material the size of a small nut? Ah, it's very simple. I wanted to start sawing as soon as I got it, but the teacher stopped me. After listening to the tutor's careful teaching, I realized that this is not a "seesaw", but it should be done according to certain norms. If the size is not selected correctly, a lot of man-hours will be spent. What we want to saw is steel with a diameter of 25mm and a length of 12mm. I can't say that it took me a lot of man-hours to finalize the specifications of this material, and I am always afraid of making mistakes. What I saw after I decided, I really realized what it means now. "As long as I work hard, iron bars will be ground into rusty needles." I always feel that I have been working hard for it, but I always feel that I can't cut it off. Let's just say, I don't know. It took me a lot of hours to finally saw it off. This time, I saw my hand.

In this internship, I also encountered a big problem, that is, when drilling a basic nut, I always have no confidence in drilling the hole well, and I am always afraid of drilling it badly. If the drill bit is crooked, it may cause the whole nut to look ugly. Another thing is that I'm a little worried that the twist drill will accidentally get into my hand. I thought about it for a long time, and finally decided to give it a try as my tutor said. When I really started practicing, I found it was not as difficult as I thought. After a while, I thought the punching machine was "good". After a look, I found that I didn't know where the punching machine had gone. Only in this way can we truly understand that "the combination of theory and practice" is not as simple as imagined.

After such a three-week locksmith internship, what I learned and realized was not available to teachers in class. What is "practice makes true knowledge"? No matter how good your theory is, it will be of no help if your practical ability is poor. I believe that after this locksmith internship, I will lay a solid foundation for the next internship as a lathe worker and welder in a great sense.

However, the effect of finishing has benefited me a lot in my work, and the work efficiency has been improved unconsciously, and the time for finding things has been greatly reduced.
