The sewage treatment project in Chengde City, Hebei Province is a national key construction project-the water pollution control project in Hailuan River Basin. The project was built in Taipingzhuang in the southeast of Chengde City, covering an area of about 6.79 hectares. The project was designed by china municipal engineering North China Design and Research Institute and Hebei Chengde Municipal Engineering Design Institute and completed in two phases. The construction scale of the first phase project is a sewage treatment plant with a daily processing capacity of 80,000 tons, with a supporting pipe network of 36.5 kilometers. The construction capacity of the second phase project is10.2 million tons/day. The total investment in the first phase of the project is 234.4 million yuan, of which126.5 million yuan is used for foreign investment (included in the loan project of Asian Development Bank) and107.9 million yuan is used for special funds for national debt and local facilities. The project adopts advanced technology and equipment at home and abroad and is expected to be completed and put into use in 2007. After treatment, the water quality will reach the first-class B standard of the National Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants. All the domestic and industrial sewage in Chengde city has been treated, which fundamentally controls the pollution of urban sewage to underground water sources and downstream water sources in Beijing, Tianjin and Tangshan, providing a reliable guarantee for the sustainable development of social economy in Chengde city and Beijing, Tianjin and Tangshan area, and providing an important support for the management of Haihe River system. At the same time, this environmental management project, which combines environmental protection with resource development, is a concrete work for Chengde to implement the strategy of sustainable economic development, which has far-reaching ecological, social and economic significance.

Integrating theory with practice is an unbreakable truth. In the construction site, some situations change rapidly, and unexpected factors often appear. These factors affect everyone's mood, but affect the quality and progress of the project. This requires that we must not engage in patterning in practical work, and ask the leaders for instructions in time if there are problems. Make appropriate adjustments and arrangements according to the actual situation. As a key project, it requires not only familiarity with drawings, but also the use of various instruments during on-site acceptance. It is more important to know the relevant national standards, because the most important thing is to complete each process in strict accordance with the relevant national regulations and standards. It is forbidden to cut corners and strictly implement the three inspections. Only after layers of acceptance, each process can enter the next process. In the management of a project, in addition to the management of materials, construction, technology and personnel, there is also a problem that cannot be ignored, that is, the management of data. The acceptance of any project must have completion data. Material certificate, inspection report, as-built drawing, acceptance report, design change, measurement record, concealed engineering acceptance sheet, acceptance sheet for determination of relevant technical parameters, engineering contact letter, engineering visa, etc. Everything contained in the completion data requires us to pay attention to collection, classification and filing one by one during the whole construction process. If there are omissions, it will bring unnecessary losses through completion acceptance and project settlement, and some impacts are even more incalculable. For the protection of finished products, active and passive measures must be taken to protect them. The so-called active, that is, to adopt the corresponding compulsory prevention system, such as the prohibition of the use of iron ladders on the floor of finished products, the so-called passive, that is, to take relevant anti-collision measures to protect finished products, such as covering plywood on fragile products such as glass.
