When evaluating classes, the following methods can be adopted according to the actual situation: (1) collective discussion; (2) court debate; (3) Add some symbols on the scale; (4) Summary of books and papers; (5) individual conversations; (6) Interactive evaluation between teachers and students. In the process of Chinese teaching in primary schools, teachers like to improve themselves by attending classes and evaluating classes. Therefore, we should not waste every class.
First, the principle of class evaluation.
As a serious teaching and research activity, class evaluation should follow the following five principles.
The first is the guiding principle. The purpose of class evaluation is to guide teaching and point out the clear teaching and research direction for the coach or his school. Therefore, we should grasp the main problems and characteristics in class evaluation.
The second is the principle of comprehensiveness. Evaluators should comprehensively evaluate their own strengths or weaknesses with the help of various standards for evaluating classes.
The third is the principle of analysis. Interpreters should fully affirm and encourage their own strengths with a rigorous learning attitude and proceed from objective reality, and gently point out what their shortcomings are and what needs to be improved.
The fourth is the principle of pertinence. Different evaluation methods should be adopted for different teachers and different classes.
The fifth is the principle of interaction. The evaluation of the course should not be unified, and the teachers, teachers and reviewers should actively participate in the discussion and express their unique opinions. In an equal and democratic academic atmosphere, we should seek common ground while reserving differences, guide each other, learn from each other and improve each other.
