City University of Macau itself is the result of cooperation with Portuguese open universities, so it pays special attention to international academic exchanges and cooperation in running schools. Since its inception, it has joined the International Association of Distance and Open Education and the World Association of Portuguese-speaking Universities. City University of Macau signed a cooperation agreement with the Open University of British Columbia in Canada to introduce a bachelor's degree in business administration. Teaching and scientific research
Professor Yan Zexian, a famous expert in philosophy of systems science and technology and president of our college, personally led all the faculty members of our college. Professor Shen and Professor Li Jiazeng are the course directors of applied psychology and cultural industry management respectively. The college also employs experts such as Zheng Zijie and Martin as full-time professors, well-known scholars from mainland China and Hong Kong and Taiwan such as Ouyang Youquan, Yang Shaogang, Wang Caikang and Ye as part-time professors, and employs foreign Mr. Cummings to teach English courses. Professor Taroko Ichihiko, former president of Kyoto University in Japan, Professor Vivian Tibodier, president of the French Psychoanalytic Association, and John Bibby Altar, chairman of the Student Program Committee of the International Analytical Psychology Association, gave speeches successively, which made the audience feel refreshed and benefited a lot.
The college organizes students to actively participate in social practice, guides students to understand the society, and encourages students to optimize their quality and show their talents in the process of practice. Master students of cultural industry management conducted a social survey in combination with the course of culturology, and the results were published in Macau Monthly.
