On July 13, 2023, Shanghai Guijiu received the Notice of Administrative Punishment in advance issued by Shanghai Securities Regulatory Bureau (see AnnouncementNo.: 2023-049 for details). After the company receives the formal punishment notice, the board of directors and management of the company will organize relevant meetings in time to consider accounting error correction and other related matters.
