In academic research, he won the first prize of excellent scientific research achievements of the Ministry of Justice during the Ninth Five-Year Plan 1998, the first prize of excellent papers of china law society Institute of Civil Law and Economic Law 19981,and the excellent scientific research achievements of the Ministry of Justice during the Ninth Five-Year Plan in 2000. In February 2003, he won the first prize of the Law Textbook and Excellent Scientific Research Achievements of the Ministry of Justice, and in September 2004, he won the first prize of the 20th Economic Law Seminar of 12 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions.

In terms of teaching, I won the first prize in the second Young Teachers' Basic Skills Competition of China University of Political Science and Law in April 2004, the third prize in the fourth Young Teachers' Basic Skills Competition of Peking University in May 2004, and was named "My Ten Favorite Teachers" by undergraduates of China University of Political Science and Law in February 2006.
