Why is the "hair loss survey" popular among students in Tsinghua?
Recently, an article entitled "I lost my hair in Tsinghua" became popular on the Internet. The article mentioned that nearly 60% of Tsinghua students feel that they have hair loss, and lack of sleep, academic pressure and psychological pressure are the main reasons. The initiator of the survey said that the move was originally just to make daily jokes serious, but later it was found that there were not a few people with hair loss. However, due to subjective factors, the questionnaire cannot be regarded as a formal questionnaire.

The article from the WeChat account of Tsinghua University Qingxin Times mentioned that the investigator sent out 499/kloc-0 questionnaires and received 4068 responses within 24 hours. About 25% students feel that hair loss has decreased in the last month, about 20% students are said that hairline has become higher, and nearly 60% students feel that they have different degrees of hair loss.

According to this survey, students think that the departments that are most prone to hair loss are computer department, architecture department and mathematics department, while the departments that are least prone to hair loss are journalism school, teaching and research college and social science college. According to academic qualifications, doctoral students have the most hair loss.

Through data analysis, this survey believes that the degree of stress is positively correlated with the degree of hair loss. Lack of sleep, academic pressure and psychological pressure are the main reasons.

Xu Yiming, the head of hair loss survey in Tsinghua University's "Fresh Times", told the Beijing News reporter that the survey was originally initiated by the "Here" team of Peking University, and the team began to follow up after seeing it. She believes that the problem of "hair loss" has caught fire because some beauty bloggers in Weibo often promote shampoo for hair loss to attract public attention. In addition, students pay attention to this topic, mainly because they want to "spit", study late and catch up on their papers.

Earlier, a survey in Peking University pointed out that nearly one-third of students thought they had hair loss in different situations. The universities with the most baldness are Guanghua School of Management, School of Foreign Languages and Law School. In addition, graduate students have the highest hair loss rate.

The person in charge of Peking University "Here" thinks that they found that there is no rigid standard for hair loss in academic circles at present, but they often hear people talk about the topic of hair loss, so they thought of doing a small survey. The main idea of the questionnaire is to explore hair loss, related causes and treatment methods. However, due to many subjective factors, the questionnaire cannot be regarded as a formal survey.
