Excellent graduation thesis needs blind evaluation. Taking Shandong Province as an example, 48 experts from universities and research institutes in Shandong Province reviewed outstanding doctoral and master's degree theses in 2023 in Jinan. The appearance of excellent papers has to go through two blind evaluations. Each paper is reviewed by three experts. The blind test results are divided into four grades: A excellent (90- 100) /B good (80-89) /C qualified (70-79) /D unqualified (below 70). All three experts give more than 90 points to be rated as excellent. Therefore, an excellent graduation thesis needs to evaluate all the excellent ones blindly.
