University Notes (Memories)
Time flies, and four years of college life is coming to an end. Recalling the experience of these four years, there are many wonderful memories. In order not to let the memories fade away, I wrote this article for this purpose, which is a trace of remembrance of myself.

Let me tell you how I embarked on this journey. When I was five and a half years old, all the children in the same street went to school, so I didn't have to play alone. I shouted for my parents to let me go to school, and I started to go to school. From the first day of school, my parents instilled in me the idea that I should study hard and make a difference when I grow up. At that time, I didn't pay much attention to it, but I did well in school, so it is natural for primary schools to be promoted to junior high schools and junior high schools to be promoted to key high schools in the city. But I didn't know why I wanted to go to high school until I was a sophomore (I thought it was a natural thing at that time). When I was in senior three, I felt awakened. It turns out that all this is for the college entrance examination. Only then did I find that I had my own thoughts, so learning became active and interesting. However, in the first year of the college entrance examination, I didn't get the key points and planned to repeat them. At that time, my father was very supportive (my mother and uncle and a group of relatives advised me to take two books). Looking back, I am very grateful to my father. Otherwise, I'll go the other way now. After a year of preparation, the second college entrance examination is coming. I lamented that I didn't play well in the second college entrance examination and didn't get into an ideal university. Fortunately, my grades had already passed the key line of our province at that time, so I was received here by Nanchang University with a score of more than 50 points.

Nanchang University was not really a famous university, nor was it a key university in 1985, but the idea at that time was very simple, because it was still a key university of 2 1 1 after all, and my major in mechanical design, manufacturing and automation was engineering, and I liked it myself, so I gladly accepted it, and my parents gladly accepted it, making their dreams come true, so I came here.

On June 9, 2003, 65438+1October 9, my father sent me to school. We huddled in crowded train carriages, facing strange faces. These people work outside. Looking at them, I feel the hardships in life. At this moment, I feel very painful, because I think of my parents' hard work for more than ten years. They are too hard for me. From that moment on, I told myself in my heart that I would run the university well for four years, not for myself, but also for my parents' hard work. I grew up a lot at that moment.

In the first semester of college, the study time is short. We signed up at 65438+1October 10, and then conducted military training for half a month. It wasn't until 1 65438+1October1that we started the formal class. At that time, the new campus where we lived had just been built, and the teaching facilities of the school were not complete, so like all freshmen, I lived the most relaxed and free life in the university step by step. It is also on this most relaxed and free day that I thoroughly read two books, Everything starts from college and If you give me three days of light. Everything starts in college, which is very suitable for freshmen. It taught me to cherish college time and not to leave regrets for myself. There is such a passage in the book that I like it very much: Before the age of 30, I will do "how to think", and after the age of 30, I will really start a business and decide what kind of career I want to do all my life. Based on the previous thinking, it is likely to get twice the result with half the effort in the future. After reading the book "If you give me three days of light", I was quite infected by the protagonist Helen Keller. It is a miracle that she graduated from Cliff College of Harvard University as a blind, deaf and dumb person. Her indomitable spirit and amazing perseverance are really worth learning. After reading her deeds, I will encounter any difficulties and setbacks. When I think of her, I feel that everything is so small. The first semester of life, in addition to learning and entertainment, ends with reading two books. Welcome is the beginning of another new semester.

The second semester started in warm spring, but we can't see spring in this new campus. We only have that yellow land here. No wonder some students called this land "Nanda wasteland" this year. In fact, this is not wrong. At the very least, we are evaluating the construction process of the school. Although the school environment can't see the breath of spring, we can find the vitality of youth from us. I remember there was a football match in our class on February 28th, 2004, but it was raining lightly. Originally, we were going to cancel the game, but the other side insisted on playing, so we had no choice but to play. To be honest, I didn't want to play football in the rain at that time. But after playing, I was completely immersed in the game. I have strong willpower and confidence to win, which drives me to fight hard and be radical on the court. The game ended in a 0-0 draw, and everyone took a group photo in the rain, with mud and joy on their faces. In later competitions, you can still find me on the field. In that vibrant spring, we lived very vigorously. Looking back now, the spirit at that time was gone. I really miss the scene of the stadium, our team and the days with friends.

There are so many activities this semester! In addition to the school football league, on March 28, 2004, our class also organized us to go for a spring outing to Meiling, Xiaolu Mountain near Nanchang. Actually, I personally prefer the mountains in Guizhou to Huangshan, which is the only mountain in the world. Anyway, nothing, just go for an outing with them and breathe the fresh air of nature. Two things impressed me the most about this trip. One is that we paddle bamboo rafts and have a water fight in the lake. At that time, I made too many enemies, and as a result, I was attacked by many sides. That tragic situation is really embarrassing to think of now. The second is when I climbed Lion Peak, the highest peak in Meiling, standing on the top and shouting my motto: "The sea is at the end, and the mountain is at the top. I am the peak."

This semester's activities are very rich, and I haven't relaxed in my studies. This semester, I opened a college physics class. After that year's tutorial, I became interested in physics, so although college physics is not our professional course and basic course, I still study very hard. At that time, the school held the first college physics competition of Nanchang University, so I naturally took an active part. However, in the mid-term exam in May, I failed physics, which was really a blow. So in those days, I insisted on studying by myself every day and reviewing carefully, and finally won the second prize in the physics competition. In the end, I didn't waste my energy. Be worthy of yourself and Rao Zhigang (high school physics teacher).

The rich and wonderful life of the second semester has passed.

Sophomore life began quietly, and recalling this period of study life can be regarded as the most fulfilling year in college. This year, I was busy minoring in the second major of computer science and technology and devoted myself to the mathematical modeling competition. To tell you the truth, I really wanted to learn something seriously when I applied for my second major minor, and I was disappointed when I handed in the book. The courses studied are the application of several commonly used software, as well as VB, Java and network technology. Minors are actually similar to public elective courses, but they just spend money to buy a certificate. To tell the truth, I didn't learn anything useful here, and then Java learning was completely self-taught. However, the wonderful life of senior two is not here, but in the process of later mathematical modeling competition. Seriously, I really want to thank Wei Wei for taking part in this competition. At first, I was not so enthusiastic about mathematical modeling (mainly because I was busy with other things at that time). Later, I agreed with him under his persuasion, so we found another teammate Liu to participate in the mathematical modeling competition for college students held by Nanchang University at that time. Among the three of us, Liu has the highest understanding (first in the computer department, and then he was sent to Harbin Institute of Technology for graduate study). Wei Wei, to be honest, he can only organize the language to write a paper after we speak. On June 6, after handing out the papers, we each took a copy of the paper to do first and discussed it with each other the next day. The topic is about optimization. Although it is not difficult, there are thirty or forty unknowns to be solved, which is impossible to solve by ordinary pen calculation. During the discussion the next day, Liu Duichang and I had the same idea. She had listed all the equations, so we began to think of ways to solve the problem with her listed equations. At first, I couldn't use math software. At that time, I had to pin my hopes on the monitor, hoping that she could compile an algorithm in C language to solve the problem. On the third day, June 8, the squad leader still made no progress and probably could not solve it. However, other groups have solved this problem first. We were under great pressure at that time, so there was no class that afternoon. I found a book, and now I am learning the application of Lingo. After studying for an afternoon and evening, I finally found an effective method, and the feeling at that time was only so good. With this idea, I solved more than 30 unknowns of the equation at noon on June 9, and got the required optimization results. So the rest of the work is the writing of the paper. That's all that matters. No matter how well you do it, you will only show people this paper, so how to express your thoughts is very important. Since I went to college, I seldom wrote. I felt that my writing was too poor, so I put the blame on Wei Wei. At that time, our team was relatively United and everyone was very motivated. Later, in the thesis writing, everyone cooperated with each other. I am responsible for drawing the flow chart, and they are responsible for writing the paper. Finally, everyone is revising it in a unified way. After a busy week, I finally finished my work on time In the later results, our team finally won the first prize of the school, which played a key role in being shortlisted for the national mathematical modeling competition for college students.

In order to represent the school in this year's national college students' mathematical modeling competition, we contributed that summer vacation. In this way, in the hot July, we participated in the pre-competition training. During the training, the teacher not only introduced us to the novel methods and ideas for solving mathematical problems, but also focused on the use of Matlab, lingo and Mathematica. During that time, we had classes in the morning, studied the use of software in the afternoon and practiced specific topics in the evening. Our team has been doing well in the early stage of modeling at that time. I have the captain's quick thinking and rigorous logical analysis ability, Wei Wei's language organization ability, and my familiarity with software, so that we can solve every practical problem with ease. At first, this performance made us feel very confident before the game. At that time, our hope for the competition was to win a national prize, but the result was not what we expected. In the end, we only won the second prize in Jiangxi Province, which is a little pity for us. But the result is not important, what matters is the fun we have participated in. Looking back on the 72-hour sleepless experience, it is really vivid, and the passion at that time was really unparalleled. Generally speaking, the most rewarding thing for me this school year is mathematical modeling, and I also made two friends, one is my captain Liu and the other is him. They gave us a lot of help and encouragement in our later study and life.

Sophomore school life can come to a perfect end, and then junior study life is the turning point of my life.
