This paper mainly expounds the research contents and methods of the processing principle of traditional Chinese medicine, including: literature collation and experience summary, processing principle and processing theory, processing method and quality standard of decoction pieces. Research methods include: applied philology, experimental pharmacology, chemistry, clinical efficacy observation and multidisciplinary research.
