Strictly speaking, the name of the course is Criminal Law, and (1)(2) it is only marked that it is divided into two semesters. Neither criminal law (1) nor criminal law (2) can constitute a complete course. Therefore, one of the existing courses, Criminal Law (1) or Criminal Law (2), cannot be exempted from examination, only the teaching content, teaching requirements, effective years and professional level of the original course are not lower than that of the replaced course, Criminal Law (1)(2). For example, the teaching content and requirements of the senior high school entrance examination criminal law are higher than those of TV University Criminal Law (1) but lower than those of TV University Criminal Law (1)(2), so the senior high school entrance examination criminal law cannot replace the TV University Criminal Law (1)(2). 16. What certificates can be exempted from RTVU courses?
CET-4 and CET-6 certificates (instead of all English courses for non-foreign language majors, valid for 6 years), graduation certificates for basic majors (such as mathematics majors and English majors) recognized by the state (instead of corresponding basic courses for non-foreign language majors), etc.
17. What are the basic procedures for the audit of provincial TV universities?
(1) According to the conditions and principles for applying for exemption from examination and repair, the Provincial Department of Electricity Saving is responsible for reviewing the validity of students' relevant certificates, copying and archiving relevant certificates and materials, and filling in the preliminary examination opinions.
