20 1 1 year public institution staff recruitment plan

In order to further optimize the talent structure of institutions directly under our bureau, strengthen the construction of talent team and improve the overall quality of personnel in institutions, the party group of our bureau decided to openly recruit 17 staff from three institutions directly under our bureau, including the provincial forest seed (seedling) station. According to the "Measures for the Implementation of Open Recruiting Personnel in Institutions of Hainan Province" and the actual situation of our bureau, this plan is specially formulated.

First, the recruitment principle

Guided by Scientific Outlook on Development, we will adhere to the principles of openness, equality, competition, merit-based selection and the standard of having both ability and political integrity, select the best candidates, promote the improvement and optimization of the talent structure of directly affiliated institutions, and strive to build a high-quality and professional talent team of public institutions.

Second, organize and lead.

In order to strengthen the leadership of the recruitment work, a leading group for public recruitment of staff in institutions of the Provincial Forestry Bureau was established, headed by Zhou Yadong, a member of the party group and chief engineer of the Bureau, and composed of the main responsible comrades such as the Personnel Department of the Provincial Bureau, the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Department and the Provincial Forest Seed (Miao) Station. This plan recruits 17 staff from directly affiliated institutions. Among them, the staff of the provincial forest seed (seedling) station 10, the staff of the provincial forestry engineering management office 3, and the staff of the management station of the mountain provincial protected area 4 (see the attached table for details).

(2) Recruitment conditions

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

Open recruitment shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures of publishing recruitment information, organizing registration, qualification examination, examination, physical examination, political examination, selecting the best candidates and signing contracts.

The examination was entrusted to the Organization Department of Hainan Provincial Committee. The examination is divided into written examination and interview, and the time is set in mid-September, and the specific time will be notified separately. The written test scores and interview scores are 100 respectively, and the test scores are combined according to the proportion of written test scores accounting for 60% and interview scores accounting for 40%.

In principle, the written test can only be conducted if the ratio between the number of recruits for this position and the number of qualified candidates for this position is not less than 1: 3. If the ratio does not reach 1: 3, the number of recruits will be reduced accordingly. The written test content is mainly based on the professional theoretical knowledge required for the actual management position, and also includes the content of public basic subjects.

2. Interview. The interviewee is determined from high score to low score according to the written test results. In principle, the ratio of the number of recruiters to the number of people entering the interview shall not be lower than 1: 2 or higher than 1: 3. The interview adopts a structured approach, which mainly examines the comprehensive quality and practical operation ability of the candidates to adapt to the actual post requirements.

Candidates' written test, interview and total score are published on the website of Hainan Forestry Bureau.

(5) Examination and physical examination. According to the comprehensive scores of written test and interview, the list of examiners and medical examiners is determined according to the ratio of 1: 1. The examination mainly understands the candidates' political ideology, moral quality and professional ability. The physical examination shall be carried out according to Hainan Provincial Civil Servant Physical Examination Standard. Those who fail the examination and physical examination will be replenished in turn according to the comprehensive score ranking of candidates for the same position.

(6) publicity. According to the results of assessment and physical examination, the party group of the bureau studied and determined the personnel to be hired, and the list was publicized on the website of Hainan Forestry Bureau for 7 working days.

Employment and treatment of intransitive verbs
