1. Switch menu view/outline to outline view mode;

2. Make use of the title series set in the outline toolbar to determine all the first-level titles, second-level titles and third-level titles in the paper;

3. Position the cursor at the position where you want to insert the directory, and execute the menu command "Insert/Reference/Index and Directory" to open the "Index and Directory" dialog box;

4. Select the "Content" tab, and set the font according to your own requirements, which is also acceptable by default. Click "OK";

5. Execute "View/Page" and you can see that the directory has been generated. 6. If you want to set the font, font size, line spacing and other formats of the directory, you'd better remove the "field" to make the text in the directory independent (the "field" is an area with a gray base).

Method: Select "Domain" and press "shift+ctrl+F9"
