In this paper, I personally think that we should first talk about the background and development process of two automobile brands, write about the automobile industry background in China and even the Asia-Pacific region before the acquisition, and then talk about how Volvo is poorly managed, some actions and visions of Li Shufu's acquisition of Volvo, and many obstacles encountered in the acquisition process, and then write about the sales performance, profits and sales of Geely automobile models after the acquisition.
