How to mark and tie the first author?
Tied for the first author, also known as "* * * and the first author". Moreover, there is no difference between the first place and the second place, so there is no difference in grading and evaluating titles.

Because in the published papers and works, it is necessary to explain the words "tied for the first author", "equal contribution" and "equal contribution" of the first author, and then explain in detail the chapters and parts he is responsible for.

It should be noted that there is a rule that the first author only recognizes the first order. It means that when the author of the paper signs his name, although they are tied for the first author, some places only use the first place.

Paragraph 2 of Article 10 of China's Copyright Law stipulates that the author has the right of authorship, that is, the author has the right to identify himself and sign his name on the work.

Article 13 stipulates that the copyright of a work jointly created by two or more persons shall be shared by the co-authors. In other words, the co-authors have the corresponding right of authorship.

However, China's Copyright Law and its implementing regulations do not stipulate the specific content of the right of signature, especially the order of signature.
