Zhang Song, male, born in February of 196 1, was born in Shashi, Hubei. 1In July, 1983, he obtained a bachelor's degree in urban planning from Wuhan Institute of Building Materials; 1in March 1992, he obtained a master's degree in urban planning and design from Tongji University; And in September of 1996, he obtained the doctor's degree in engineering from the University of Tokyo. He is currently a professor, doctoral supervisor and national registered planner in the Department of Urban Planning of Tongji University.
