China Mobile Huai 'an Call Center Project is the largest investment project initiated by China Mobile after it signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Jiangsu provincial government in 20 1 1. The total investment of the project exceeds 4 billion yuan, and it is planned to build 20,000 call seats and create more than 60,000 direct jobs. After the first phase of the project is completed, it will provide services for mobile customers in five provinces and one city in East China, and the second phase will cover the whole country and become a world-class call center.
