A community outside San Diego is hiring goats to do men's work. The fire in Hillborough four years ago destroyed 30 houses, most of which have been rebuilt. When contractors rebuild their homes, nature is regrowing grass, shrubs and bushes. The area is now overgrown with shrubs, which once again poses a major fire hazard. The city Council asked for a tender to remove the bushes. The lowest bid they received was $50 thousand.
