Because of the "silent butterfly effect", the harm of false information is further escalated. Network fraud, network pyramid selling and network espionage have become frequent problems. James Bott, an American scholar, pointed out in his Introduction to Mass Communication: "In the era of information explosion, we are experiencing information fatigue and are unaware of it. The entertainment of news and the fragmentation of information make people lose the context of understanding information, making it easy to understand and think about information, and the media also creates an illusion for the audience-we are very knowledgeable. " However, the virtual world built by the Internet often makes students fall into it, especially online games. College students are in the forming period of various values. Once they enter the subjective network society where no one knows me anyway, their original moral discipline, public opinion and emotional defense lines that need to be strengthened will easily collapse, and the traditional moral foundation will gradually collapse. Faced with the disorder and diversification of Internet information dissemination, it is necessary for colleges and universities to establish a network security knowledge education platform and offer network security knowledge education courses to cultivate students' ability to identify information and improve their ability to prevent fraud and infringement. At present, the construction of network security education courses and platforms in colleges and universities is relatively backward. This directly leads to the problems of college students' cyber crime, being infringed by the network and indulging in the virtual world of the network.
