Good morning! I'm xxx, the biology teacher of Lanzhou No.4 Middle School. I have a bachelor's degree and am a senior middle school teacher. Let me briefly report my studio plan:
First, target positioning.
Strive within three years, studio members will gradually become subject leaders with modern educational concepts, solid and extensive basic knowledge and theoretical literacy of biology, be able to transform advanced educational theories into teaching skills, and be able to preside over and guide high-level biology teaching reform practice and biology education and teaching research.
Second, the task
I intend to take education and teaching research as the main task of the studio, and combine school-based teaching research with subject research for research. School-based teaching and research should be based on the classroom and solve practical problems in teaching. The process of teachers solving practical problems is actually a process of teaching and research. Middle school teachers should be good at finding problems and solving them in time, so that their teaching ability and teaching and research level will be greatly improved. At this point, I have a deep understanding. Most of the 24 teaching papers I published are the results of school-based teaching and research. At the same time, studio members should also participate in the research of the topic, and make a comprehensive study from the aspects of topic selection, project establishment, research methods and conclusions. After a period of study, every member should learn to study the subject. I have a certain ability to guide research. The reason is that in 2000-200 1 year, I was selected to attend the one-year "Cross-century gardener project-national primary and secondary school backbone teacher training" at Beijing Normal University. In that training, education and teaching research was the main content of the training. Through study, I learned about the research situation of this project.
To do a good job in education and teaching research, we must start from the following aspects:
1. It is the homework that studio members must do to strengthen their study and improve their theoretical level.
? After working for several years, when we calm down and read some books on educational theory and use modern educational theory to guide classroom practice, we will get unexpected gains. For example, I read Meyer's information processing model in Learning Theory and applied it to classroom teaching practice, and the effect is surprisingly good. My thesis "Teaching Attempt Based on Meyer's Information Processing Model" has just been published in the sixth issue of the national education core journal "Biology Teaching" 20 17. This article appeared in the "next issue" of the fifth issue of Biology Teaching on 20 17, which I didn't expect, because the articles appearing in the next issue are often collected from the materials of the National People's Congress.
2. Diligent in thinking and good at expressing ideas in words.
An excellent teacher should not only have sincere feelings for education, but also be a thoughtful teacher. With the investment in education and the continuous enrichment of teaching experience, our thinking on education and teaching will be more and more profound. Sometimes, some seemingly ordinary phenomena will give us profound educational enlightenment. If we can record the thoughts and thoughts brought by these revelations in writing in time, our educational thoughts and educational horizons will become broader.
