Shijiazhuang Vocational College of Industry and Commerce is a full-time general higher vocational college approved by the Hebei provincial government and filed by the Ministry of Education. The predecessor of the College is Hebei Publishing College founded by Hebei Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League on 1983+ 10 * *. In June, it was renamed Hebei Youth College 1995, and in May 2003, it was transformed into Shijiazhuang Industrial and Commercial Vocational College.
