Speech is also called speech. It is a speech at a grand ceremony and in some public places. The following is the content of the master's admission speech, welcome to read!

First Master's Admission Speech Dear leaders, teachers and dear students,

It is a great honor to meet you in the picturesque economic and trade park in this beautiful season and share the joy of harvest.

We are very excited to stand out from the fierce competition with our own efforts, and we are also very proud to continue our studies in the highest foreign-related economic institution in China. Over the past 50 years, university of international business and economics has gradually become a well-known university at home and abroad under the guidance of the school motto of "erudition, honesty, pursuit and persistence". Over the past 50 years, she has sent off a batch of students, trained tens of thousands of economic and trade talents for the motherland, and become the pillars of the country in their respective posts. Entering the new Millennium, the economic and trade park after the merger of the two universities is undergoing tremendous changes: the dressed economic and trade park is as beautiful as calligraphy, the 50-year cultural accumulation has brought new life to generate, and the reformed economic and trade park is full of youthful breath ... which deeply attracts and inspires us.

I believe that most of us have been guided by "navigation", "sailing" and "piloting", tasted the hardships of studying hard day and night, and even lingered on the edge of giving up, and finally overcame hesitation and frustration and firmly set foot on this fertile soil of Huiyuan! There are books we yearn for, scholars we look forward to, and pioneering and innovative spirit we yearn for!

Big waves wash sand, only to show the true color of gold; The heavy rain rushes by, and the pines are more majestic! After the postgraduate entrance examination, we are more mature, steady and confident. Now, at this new starting point of graduate students, our hearts are full of expectations: looking forward to more opportunities and challenges, looking forward to making friends with talents from all walks of life, and looking forward to more fruitful three years. In the next three years, we will strive to consolidate the knowledge structure, study the theoretical connotation, enrich the practical experience, ride the wind and waves in the more intense competition in the future, and show the elegance of the son of economy and trade!

Speech on the Second Master's Admission Dear teachers and students,

Hello everyone!

I am Hou, a freshman majoring in public administration at 20 1x, and I am honored to speak on behalf of the freshmen of graduate school. First of all, please allow me, on behalf of xx freshmen, to express my heartfelt thanks to the teachers and students who have provided warm service for our entrance!

Autumn is the harvest season. In such a crisp autumn day, we finally ushered in our own opening ceremony. Remember this time last year, we were still fighting for our ideals? Even in the hot summer, even in the cold winter, we gritted our teeth and finally survived the black January. The sadness and joy on the way to school instantly witnessed our youthful years when we fulfilled our vows, persisted in our beliefs and persisted in our dreams. Once sweaty efforts have turned into today's hope. I propose a round of applause for all the freshmen who have just won!

Although it has crossed the threshold of postgraduate entrance examination, it is not the end, but the starting point of a new voyage. Standing at a new starting point, we are not only looking forward to learning knowledge, honing opportunities and challenges, meeting partners and realizing the same ideal, but also looking forward to being influenced by the master concept and clarifying our social responsibilities.

As a member of HKUST, we are very proud. Although HKUST has only a history of more than 50 years, it has created one glory after another and climbed one scientific peak after another in this half century. HKUST's research achievements enjoy a high reputation in academic circles. According to the report "Nature Publishing Index 20 1x China" published by the British magazine Nature in May this year, HKUST published 17 articles in Nature and its sub-journals in the past year, ranking first among universities in China and 76th in the world, while only two universities in China entered the world 100. Also in May this year, two alumni of HKUST, Liqun Luo and Zhuang Xiaowei, were successfully elected as academicians of the American Academy of Sciences. Examples of this kind are too numerous to mention. Strolling around, I was surprised to find that the great scientists in textbooks, such as Guo Yonghuai, Hua, Qian Xuesen and Wu Wenjun, were all teaching. Surprise is followed by a sense of urgency and mission. How can we strive to become a real HKUST person, inherit the mantle of a master and shoulder the expectations of society for HKUST people?

As a freshman in the School of Public Affairs, I feel very proud. Our college was established only two years ago, but from the beginning, its goal was to become an internationally renowned and first-class public affairs college in China. There are ancient jurisprudence that can be traced back to the Spring and Autumn Period, the Warring States Period and ancient Rome, which teaches us to wield the sword of law, hold the balance of justice, eliminate the evil in the world, and keep politics and law sacred! Here, there is also a new public management major, which not only shoulders the responsibility of cultivating qualified government decision makers, but also shoulders the obligation of providing insightful opinions for social public affairs. In this era of knowledge integration, increasing globalization and expanding government functions, it is an arduous and far-reaching task for the government to provide public services efficiently and fairly, solve people's livelihood problems, build a clean government and innovate government affairs. Here, there is also popular and practical logistics management. Logistics is the third profit source after resources and human resources. At present, the world economy is weak and the economic growth rate is slowing down. Logistics is an important link to promote economic recovery, so logistics management is particularly important. Here, there are many international exchanges, and academic reports emerge one after another. Special lectures, expert visits and joint training not only let us know the most cutting-edge academic trends, but also provide the world with a window to understand our institute. There is also a complete vocational education system here. The School of Public Affairs provides high-end training for the government and enterprises with its own technological innovation advantages. According to the students' composition, we designed targeted training programs, flexibly selected teaching forms and carefully prepared lessons according to the course content, which not only effectively improved the students' business skills, but also enabled us to learn from each other's strengths and make continuous progress in interaction, and finally made the college's continuing education perfect. Of course, our college not only pays attention to scientific literacy, but also pays attention to humanistic care, including knowledgeable and charming teachers, hardworking and helpful brothers and sisters. I believe that as long as we work hard enough, the School of Public Affairs can provide us with a colorful stage!

A hundred years ago, educator Cai Yuanpei had three requirements for college students: first, he had a firm purpose, and the purpose of a university was to "learn advanced knowledge" rather than to be an official and make a fortune; The second is to sharpen virtue, emphasizing that students should lead an honest and clean life and not be vulgar; The third is to respect teachers and value friends, treat teachers with sincerity and treat students with morality. These three points are also the educational proverbs that college students should encourage themselves. Students, let's carry forward the spirit of "people-oriented, taking academics as the root, and serving the country as the soul", and uphold the school motto of "Red Specialists Advance Together, Theory and Practice Blend". Under the spur of "Today I am proud of HKUST, and tomorrow HKUST will be proud of me", let's make a heart for the world, make a life for the people's livelihood, carry forward the past and forge ahead, and make the world peaceful!

Finally, I sincerely wish all of us, in the beautiful land of HKUST because of us, to gain real knowledge and the meaning of life, as the poet Haizi wrote:

After these years, we have opened the door.

Some flowers are in full bloom on the tall tree.

Some fruits are deep underground.

Thank you!
