2 1 century, the popularity of computers and the rapid development of network highways have provided convenience for people to communicate and communicate information extensively without leaving home. People can know the news of the world by sitting in front of the computer and using search engines such as Google and Baidu, so that the information on the Internet is varied and vast, but it quickly fills people's minds. Internet has not only brought a technological revolution to mankind, but also reconstructed human communication, values and life forms. 2 1 century, the internet has been deeply rooted in people's hearts, and the virtual society is as complicated as the real society. In 2008, the verdict of "the first case of cyber violence" made the judiciary enter the cyber violence case for the first time, and also opened the prelude for the public to discuss cyber violence. The network violence, represented by "human flesh search", has also made people see the dark side of the network, and the frequent network violence, such as rumors, slanders and wars, has also increased this dark side negatively. The powerful force of cyber violence essentially stems from the collective behavior of a huge group of users on the network, which is the focus of this paper. At the same time, cyber violence has also had a negative impact on many parties, which is also the purpose of this paper. The research type of this paper belongs to qualitative research. This paper discusses the harm of cyber violence to individuals, laws and social morality by means of case interviews and incident analysis, and discusses the causes of cyber violence by using collective behavior theory and conflict theory. This study mainly includes six parts. The first part expounds the origin and significance of the topic, the combing of relevant literature and theoretical basis, and the research process, which shows that this article is based on cyber violence and is launched from the theoretical perspective of collective behavior theory and conflict theory. The second part introduces the network and its development, and expounds the connotation and essence of network violence. The third part, through the description and analysis of three cases of "the most poisonous stepmother in history", "Li Gangmen" and "Bronze Beard", divides network violence into three categories: network public opinion violence, network rumors and human flesh search, which makes network violence more concrete and clear. The fourth part mainly discusses the harm of cyber violence to individuals, law and society, and it is these hidden threats that cause reflection on cyber violence. The fifth part analyzes the causes of cyber violence from three angles: social reality root, group formation process and group psychology. The sixth part is the conclusion of this paper, which is mainly the summary and prospect of this study.
