On TCM's Understanding of Qi
People have blood, breath and body.

Qi is very abstract, which should refer to the process that nutrients are transported to organs and make organs function normally.

If the kidney qi is insufficient, it means that the nutrients supplied to the kidney are insufficient, or the kidney cannot function normally.

Blood (qi) means that there is enough blood (components) to supply various organs. The function of blood is to transport nutrients and take away garbage.

Insufficient qi, the function of blood is not in place, and the nutrient supply and excretion of the whole body are hindered; Without qi, organs themselves can't work normally. In Chinese medicine, this is a link.

The so-called qi-invigorating drugs, such as lung qi, are actually some drugs that can stimulate lung function. After taking it, it can temporarily strengthen lung function.

Look forward to correcting me in the discussion.
