Detailed rules for awarding bachelor's degree in adult higher education
Article 1 The detailed rules for implementation are based on the Regulations on Academic Degrees in People's Republic of China (PRC) of the State Council Academic Degrees Committee, the Interim Measures for the Implementation of Academic Degrees Regulations in People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Interim Provisions on Granting Bachelor's Degrees to Undergraduate Graduates of Adult Higher Education of Anhui Province. Combined with the actual situation of our hospital, these rules are formulated.
Article 2 Undergraduate graduates of adult higher education refer to graduates of adult higher education (including full-time, correspondence, amateur and other forms of senior high school or junior college graduates of adult higher education) who have been trained through various forms of running schools and obtained undergraduate degrees recognized by the state.
Article 3 According to the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Academic Degrees, a bachelor's degree may be awarded if the following conditions are met:
1. Support the leadership of China's * * * production party, support the socialist system, be willing to serve socialist construction, abide by the law, and have good conduct;
2. Undergraduate students meet the requirements of teaching plan through adult higher education and are granted graduation after examination. The achievements of his course study and graduation thesis (graduation design or other graduation practice links) show that he has really mastered the basic theory, professional knowledge and basic skills of his major, and has the initial ability to engage in scientific research or undertake specialized technical work.
3. Adult undergraduate graduates must participate in the unified foreign language examination organized by the Provincial Academic Degree Office, as well as the two professional main course examinations organized by the Academic Affairs Office of the College, and pass the examination results (those who fail the professional main course examinations will not be arranged to make-up exams).
Article 4 A bachelor's degree shall not be awarded under any of the following circumstances:
1. has words and deeds that obviously violate the four cardinal principles;
2. During the school period, he was kept in the party for various reasons (including staying in the party for observation and staying in the group for observation);
3. During the school period, he was warned, recorded a demerit (including party, league and administrative sanctions) for various reasons, and there was still no obvious repentance when he graduated;
4. Cheating in exams or plagiarizing other people's achievements;
5. During the study in school, the cumulative number of make-up exams exceeds 1/5 of the number of courses specified in the teaching plan of the major studied, or the average score of each course is lower than good;
6. Those who fail the graduation design (thesis) or pass the homework;
7. Those who fail in the unified foreign language examination for bachelor's degree or fail in major professional courses.
Article 5 The awarding of bachelor's degrees to undergraduate graduates of adult higher education shall follow the principle of individual application and merit-based recommendation. Graduates should apply to the College of Continuing Education and fill in the relevant application forms. The College of Continuing Education is responsible for the preliminary examination of the qualifications of students who apply for conferring degrees, organizing qualified applicants to take foreign language and professional courses examinations, collecting and sorting out all the information of degree applicants this year, recommending the list of students who are awarded bachelor's degrees, and submitting it to the Academic Degrees Committee of the College for examination.
The materials submitted include:
1. Teaching plan for awarding bachelor's degree;
2. A summary of the majors and the number of people recommended to award bachelor's degrees;
3. Recommend the application form and student registration form for awarding bachelor's degree;
4. A copy of the foreign language examination certificate organized by the provincial degree office;
5. Examination transcripts of two major courses;
6. The relevant system on the management of adult higher education, academic qualifications and degrees formulated by the College of Continuing Education.
7. academic degree evaluation committee is responsible for the evaluation and award of bachelor's degree in adult higher education.
Article 6 The College shall award the national bachelor's degree certificate to the graduates of adult higher education who have passed the academic degree evaluation committee assessment. No additional degree will be awarded to fresh adult graduates who have not obtained a bachelor's degree.
Seventh degree applicants and recommendation departments who violate the relevant regulations in the process of student application, once found out, will be severely dealt with by the academic degree evaluation committee of the hospital depending on the circumstances, until the awarded degree is revoked.
Article 8 The right to interpret and amend these Detailed Rules belongs to academic degree evaluation committee.
