1, graduated from medical college, worked in primary medical institutions at or below the county level, and worked as an attending physician for at least seven years;

2, graduated from medical university, engaged in attending physician work for not less than five years;

3, obtain a master's degree in medicine, engaged in the work of attending doctors for not less than four years;

4, get a doctorate in clinical medicine, engaged in the work of attending physician for not less than two years;

5, clinical medical postdoctoral staff after completing the postdoctoral research work, the establishment of postdoctoral mobile station.

(2) The chief physician has graduated from a medical university or obtained a bachelor's degree or above, and has worked as a deputy chief physician for not less than five years.

(three) meet the following conditions, after passing the examination, can be recognized as the qualification of attending physician:

1, master of medicine, engaged in medical work for not less than three years;

2. Get a doctor's degree in clinical medicine.

(4) Meet the following relevant conditions, and declare that the qualifications of deputy chief physician and chief physician are not limited by the above academic qualifications and service years:

1, the main person who won the Natural Science Award, the National Invention Award and the National Science and Technology Progress Award;

2, won the provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress award second prize and above.

(5) Gao Zheng's thesis works meet one of the following conditions:

(1) The deputy editor-in-chief has published two books with no less than 200,000 words, and one core journal paper; (2) The editor-in-chief has published no less than 200,000 words of works and published 3 papers, of which 1 must be sent to core journals; (3) Send 3 statistical source logs.
