The school insists on scientific research as the guide and takes the road of research-oriented school. Teachers actively participate in project research, study scientific research theories and write teaching papers. In recent years, more than 100 papers have won awards at all levels or been published in journals above the municipal level. The school was rated as an advanced collective in the Tenth Five-Year Plan of National Education Science and the Tenth Five-Year Plan Key Project of Jiangsu Education Society "Research on the Construction of Chinese Virtue Education Model in Primary and Secondary Schools".
