Composition teaching is the core part of Chinese teaching. In the new Chinese curriculum standard for primary schools, the general goal of composition teaching is: "You can express your meaning concretely and clearly. Can write in common expressions according to the needs of daily life. " However, some primary school students complain when it comes to writing compositions. Einstein said, "Interest is the best teacher." Once students are interested in learning, learning is no longer a burden, but a diligent exploration and persistent pursuit. How to stimulate students' interest in writing and make them happy in a relaxed and happy mood? Let me talk about some of my practices in teaching:
First, close the distance between composition and life and cultivate interest in writing.
Life is the source of writing, and you can't write a good composition by imagining it out of thin air. We should create more opportunities for students to experience and be there personally, so as to obtain and accumulate writing materials. Only in this way can the composition be truly felt. Therefore, we try our best to organize students to carry out various activities, such as visits, extracurricular practical activities, cultural and sports competitions, games and so on. In this way, students can gain more life experience. /kloc-in October, the school organized a picking activity on the farm. When they arrived at the orchard, their eyes were full of red and green apples and dates, which was the first time they saw them! The students were very excited. They flew into the forest. A group of several people tried their best to grab and pick, carrying heavy "trophies" and smiling brightly on their faces. When they came back, they recorded the activity on the topic of happy picking. Between the lines are feelings of excitement and happiness. Of course, this composition is more vivid than ever.
Of course, you can also organize an activity or competition on the spot in the composition class, such as tug-of-war, the eagle catching the chicken and playing the leading role. In this way, students are both participants and observers. Students have personal experience and feelings, and at the same time have the guidance and observation of teachers, so that students can enjoy it, throw themselves into it, stay out of it and observe calmly. The articles written in this way must be vivid and interesting, and their interest in writing will naturally arise.
Second, write "into the water" to stimulate interest in writing.
Mr. Ye Shengtao said: "Teacher China teaches students to write, if the teacher himself often."
Start writing, or write the same topic as the students, or write something else, which can help students more effectively and speed up the progress. Often write, metaphorically speaking, "into the water." This is a very insightful experience. If teachers insist on practicing writing in the water, they can not only improve themselves, but also help to stimulate students' interest in learning writing, thus improving their writing level on a large scale. So I often write "going into the water" according to the nature of students, which really plays a multiplier role. Once, I instructed my students to write about someone I know. In some students' children's exercises, almost all have the same description. In fact, people have their own looks and characteristics. Children will never look exactly alike. The main reason is that students don't observe carefully and take it for granted. In view of this specific problem, I first copied a few fragments from the students' exercises for everyone to "claim", so that students can realize the importance of grasping the character characteristics. Then I read aloud the article "Going into the Water" and asked the students to guess who the teacher wrote and what they guessed from it. The student I wrote is like this: "tall and thin." He has a short crew cut and small eyes under thick black eyebrows. When he laughed, he became a crack. A bulging nose and a pointed chin. Maybe he has no strength. He is always hunched over, his chin resting on the table, and he looks listless. If you look at his dark school uniform again, you can imagine that he must be a naughty boy. "After I finished reading it, the students immediately guessed who I wrote. At this time, the classroom atmosphere reached a climax, and the students were eager to try, scrambling to raise their hands and practice speaking-judging people by their appearances.
Third, use multimedia to stimulate writing desire.
Practice has proved that it is ineffective to talk about abstract truths such as the meaning and importance of writing. We must use intuitive, vivid and novel things to activate thinking according to children's psychological characteristics, so that students' intellectual activities can be in the best state. Mr. Ye Shengtao also said: "Life is like a spring, and articles are like a stream. The source is abundant and inexhaustible, and the stream is naturally lively and never stops. " The application of multimedia in composition teaching can break through the limitation of time and space, move feelings, scenes, events and things in real life into the classroom, create a good writing situation, and provide students with rich materials to write in a happy mood.
For example, students don't like to write about scenery, because they can't grasp the characteristics and write the artistic conception and connotation, which is an important reason. People often attribute this to students' indifference to the surrounding scenery, lack of rich associations and lack of time to condemn words. In fact, when teachers instruct students to write landscape, they just talk on paper, without creating a certain situation for students to integrate into the landscape, which is the key to students' headache in writing landscape composition. In a composition teaching of "I Love My Hometown", I first demonstrated Cai courseware (beautiful and rich scenery in Xiaoxing 'anling), which naturally brought students into picturesque artistic conception. Ingeniously introduce pictures in class, so that students can fully feel the artistic conception of courseware. With the desire to express, it is necessary to fully mobilize students' life accumulation, capture exercise materials, and help students successfully overcome the writing difficulties of landscape composition. Students are influenced by music, art, written language and other media at the same time in class, such as being there, seeing its shape and hearing its sound. Therefore, the whole classroom atmosphere is active and students' enthusiasm is quite high. Students' exercises have a wide range of subjects and sincere feelings, and they can write a certain artistic conception. This article is very original.
Fourth, use appreciation and encouragement to stimulate the enthusiasm of writing.
The research of contemporary educational psychology points out that in the management of education and teaching, strengthening means are generally divided into two categories: one is negative strengthening means-punishment;
The other is a positive strengthening means-appreciation. Practice has proved that students often have resistance to punishment (rebellious psychology), but are willing to appreciate it.
But accept it. Of course, the writing level of students in a class is uneven, but as far as students' writing desire is concerned, they all have a common feature, that is, pursuing beauty, looking forward to the future and eager to become talents. They all want to.
Write a "masterpiece" with beautiful words, novel ideas and ingenious ideas, which is praised by teachers and students. So when correcting students' compositions, I will carefully write down the comments on each student's composition. Even if students' writing is very unsuccessful, they should be given encouraging comments, and even some poor students' compositions should be revised and read aloud in class to stimulate students' interest in writing, especially poor students. Secondly, we should encourage the composition evaluation to "applaud" the advantages of the composition, even if only one word is used vividly, one sentence is written well or one place is innovative. Let them feel "I can write", from "afraid of writing" to "willing to write", step by step, and finally achieve the goal of * * *. Students will feel comfortable after seeing the correct comments, no matter whether they are well written or not, thus stimulating their interest in writing and enhancing their self-confidence.
Fifth, show the writing achievements and stimulate the writing motivation.
A strong sense of accomplishment will give people motivation to move forward. Pupils are curious and expressive. In teaching, I use this feature to create opportunities for students to show their works and share their achievements, so that they can feel the pleasure of writing. For example, I opened up a "small world of composition" with a small blackboard newspaper, so that some excellent works of students can be displayed in the garden to satisfy the self-expression psychology of primary school students. At the same time, it is changed regularly, which not only mobilizes students' writing enthusiasm, but also provides more students with exhibition space and gives everyone a chance. After each composition presentation, students should be organized to compare and choose "class writers". The selected students are full of joy, and the students who are not selected are also eager to try. In addition, students can be encouraged to collect personal works and compile their satisfactory works into a book, which can not only leave good memories, but also serve as the accumulation of writing materials. These practices greatly stimulated students' interest in writing, mobilized their enthusiasm, and they also actively participated in it. Writing for them is no longer a hard job, but a pleasure.
In short, in composition teaching, only by trying to stimulate students' interest in writing can they love and enjoy writing. Our ultimate goal is to stimulate interest and let students "enjoy it".
