3. Those who have obtained a bachelor's degree in health specialty after working first must have been employed in a professional post for 2 years after graduation, in addition to meeting the requirements for registration and employment years.
4, declare the health care research professional personnel, originally belongs to the health college degree, and obtained the undergraduate diploma of management, education can be filled in according to the undergraduate course, after graduation, they must work in professional positions for 2 years.
Second, papers and scientific research.
Papers refer to articles on basic medical research, clinical research and analysis published in academic journals with clinical guiding significance. Papers submitted for review must be published in public magazines recognized by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television, and marked with periodical numbers ISSN and CN. Journals that cannot be queried cannot be submitted as papers. Scientific research projects or achievements must provide project plans, project contracts, acceptance and other materials. The relevant scientific research awards are issued by the government or government departments, and the official award certificate or a copy of the certificate must be provided when reporting. Award-winning certification materials cannot be used as application materials.
Three. Requirements for foreign aid, aid to Tibet, aid to Xinjiang and aid to youth
Pay attention to the work performance, actual contribution and supporting results during the aid period, and do not make rigid requirements for papers and scientific research results. Professional academic articles or professional practice reports and experience summaries written during foreign aid and counterpart support work can be regarded as papers submitted for review. There is no requirement for continuing education credits. Foreign aid workers (1 year and above) can apply for senior titles 1 year in advance during the foreign aid period and within 1 year after returning home. If the aid period of counterpart support is 3 years, senior titles may be declared one year in advance after the expiration of the aid period.
