Because most of his time and energy are spent looking for a job, the quality of his thesis is naturally difficult to guarantee. It is the ideal of many young people to concentrate on academic and scientific research, and many students have a strong interest in academic research.
However, not everyone can concentrate on research. Compared with the real problems such as "rice bowl" and buying a house, settling down and starting a family, people engaged in academic research are increasingly regarded as "free and useless souls".
In this way, the graduation thesis becomes stale in a sense. Different from European and American universities that strictly control the quality of graduation thesis, Chinese college students are basically "strict in entry and lenient in exit", and completing graduation thesis is more like a "pass the customs" behavior than a "screening" test of their studies and research.
In fact, many tutors are well aware of the difficulty of students' employment and the great practical pressure, and they will not make things difficult for students regardless of whether the thesis is passed or not. Since the tutor "turns a blind eye", students will not take graduation thesis writing and defense as extremely important things.

First of all, we should flexibly change the current rigid employment policy for fresh graduates. For students, "graduation this year" and "graduation in previous years" mean different ways of employment.
Freshmen can participate in campus recruitment, while former students can only participate in social recruitment. Campus recruitment has many employment opportunities, and social recruitment requires applicants to have certain work experience.

In the face of China's current rigid employment policy, young people who "dream like horses" can only apply for jobs as soon as possible under the pressure of reality, and "rushing to write papers" is inevitable.
In addition, students should change their ideas in time. For example, in the early stage of graduate school, it is necessary to know clearly the development direction after graduation, whether to focus on research and further study or to be more inclined to apply for jobs and employment.
If it is the former, it should be devoted to academics, not spirit; If it is the latter, we should deal with the relationship between study and employment flexibly. For example, you can start writing your graduation thesis in advance, and don't wait until graduation.
