1. Open PDF Expert for Mac, open the PDF document to be compressed, and click "File" to select "Compress File Size";

2. Determine the compression quality size in the "Compression Size" box that appears, where we can see the compressed size and the compressed file size, and click "Save As" after confirmation;

3. Confirm our saved name, label and location, and then click "Save".

4. Next, we can see the comparison between the compressed document and the previous document.
