Since 1982 stayed in school, he has been working in the front line of teaching and scientific research. He has taught undergraduate and graduate students courses such as mechanical design, mechanical principle, mechanical design foundation, theory and application of new belt drive, design and manufacture of micro-electromechanical system (MEMS). In 2004, he was named the teaching leader of the basic course of mechanical design. Great attention is paid to teaching reform and teaching method research in teaching work, and the teaching effect has always been excellent. He has been rated as "excellent teacher in my mind" by students twice, and has published many teaching papers 10. Two doctors and more than 20 masters have been trained.

In the scientific research work, the research on combing theory and application of spiral synchronous belt drive with high load and low noise performance, basic theory and application research of metal rubber technology, and functional electrical stimulation (FES) technology for limb motor function rehabilitation of paraplegic patients have been carried out successively. In the past five years, many projects such as National Natural Science Foundation projects (3 projects), aerospace technology pre-research projects, aviation weapons and equipment pre-research projects, key research projects of provincial and municipal science and technology commissions, and Heilongjiang industrialization fund projects have been completed, and the basic theory, preparation technology, experimental methods and application research of metal rubber technology are at the leading level in China. The established "Harbin Institute of Technology Metal Rubber Technology R&D Center" has become the most powerful R&D team in the domestic metal rubber technology research field. We have established good international cooperation relations with Russian metal rubber technology research experts and FES technology research experts of Glasgow University in the United Kingdom, and established the joint laboratory of vibration protection of Harbin Institute of Technology-Samara National University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. In the past three years, Chinese and Russian experts and scholars have successfully exchanged visits and cooperated for more than 20 times, which has strengthened the international exchange of our school and promoted the rapid development of scientific research.

The National Natural Science Foundation project "Basic Research on the Application of Metal Rubber Components" was completed, and in 2004, it won the National Fund Committee's Excellence Award for the completion of evaluation projects; The key research project of Heilongjiang Province, "Basic Theory and Industrialization Research of Metal Rubber Special Vibration Isolator", won the first prize of science and technology of Heilongjiang Education Committee in 2002; In 2003, he won the second prize of Science and Technology of Heilongjiang Science and Technology Commission; In 2003, the aerospace technology pre-research project "Development of metal rubber special vibration isolator and molding equipment" won the third prize of the Science, Technology and Industry Committee for National Defense.

In the past three years, we have applied for 5 invention patents and 6 utility model patents, 7 of which have been authorized. Published more than 30 related academic papers. At present, the center has the ability to prepare metal rubber products in small batches, and the developed metal rubber isolators and seals have successfully replaced imported products, creating good economic and social benefits for domestic aerospace and national defense weapons and equipment. 1, National Natural Science Foundation Project: Study on Multi-layer Steel Plate Damper with Dry Friction Damping and Viscous Damping;
