Confucius said, "Learning from time to time is fun.". I think this is an explanation of the word "learning" and also points out the direction for the way of learning. The highest realm and ultimate goal of learning is to become a learned person. So what is "learning"?
In my opinion, it may be better to explain the word "study hard and ask questions frequently, so as not to be confused", which can better clarify the true meaning of the word "learn"
There are many learned people in history. I only know Confucius, Einstein, Marx, Sun Wu and so on. By studying their biographies, I know that they all have one thing in common: they read widely and study tirelessly in the sea of books.
Take Marx as an example. Besides eating and sleeping, he has been reading in the library for more than ten years. Whenever he reads something wonderful in the book, he can't help rubbing his feet on the floor. After a long time, the hard cement floor was actually wiped out with a deep concave print. It is conceivable that books are an ocean of joy in his life.
So Marx, Einstein, Confucius and Sun Wu, can they just become thinkers or scientists, book saints or martial saints admired by the audience? If so, can't every librarian be like them? Because, as far as I know, librarians have read many books. But why can't they become a learned person? I think it is necessary to explain this phenomenon through the meaning of the word "learning".
If the word "learning" is separated, I understand it as: learning = learning is to acquire knowledge through various channels; Q = Thinking and exploration means thinking and learning constantly in the process of learning, perfecting the acquired knowledge through your own efforts, and thus mastering knowledge. This is the highest realm of learning and a perfect interpretation of the word "learning".
