After the expert review has passed for a period of time, the list of those who passed will be publicized in official website, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and then certificates will be issued, and the whole process will be completed.

Professional title evaluation, professional title and skill certificate:

1, title evaluation

Professional and technical personnel who have been recognized for the first time, after working for a certain number of years, apply for intermediate or above titles, must publish papers in professional journals and pass some basic skills examinations, submit evaluation materials to the judges of the professional evaluation Committee, and then pass the professional evaluation Committee to determine whether they have higher professional title qualifications.

2. Professional title

Professional title is the title of professional technical level and ability of professional and technical personnel. Professional title is a qualification of professional and technical personnel (managers), it is not a position.
