For the new and important conclusions in the research, we should point out the shortcomings of the methods used. In the discussion, we should include the significance and limitations of this discovery, as well as the enlightenment for further research. We should avoid immature arguments and conclusions without our own data, and put forward or imply initiatives before the work is completed.
